 
The
purpose of the African American Miss pageant program is to
provide our young women with professional pageant training and
personal guidance. Instilling a sense of pride in their heritage
and service to their communities, we want to empower our people
through reaching our young women. Transforming them through a
program of courses that will ultimately elevate their levels of
class and distinction. It is our hope that the skills the girls
learn will follow them throughout their lives extending their
potential and broadening their horizons.
